Gametop's Terms & Conditions

Gametop (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Gametop and its users ("players" or "you").

• Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT) per day. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Deposit Processing: Usually instant. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Third-Party Payment: Depositing from someone else's account is not permitted. Only payments from an account in your own name are accepted.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing any winnings. Withdrawals may be held if verification is not done.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT) per day. This limit may be increased upon request in special cases.
• Processing Time: Usually within 1–24 hours. Verification may take longer in some cases.
• Return via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made via the same method used to deposit — this is mandatory for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Bonus Wagering: Any winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require 15x to 30x wagering. That means a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳15,000–৳30,000 in bets.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses will expire if not used within 30 days of activation.
• Single Bonus: You cannot claim another deposit bonus while one is already active.
• Auto Credit: Most bonuses are credited to your account automatically. Some promotions may require a promo code.
• Bonus Abuse: If Gametop suspects a player of abusing the bonus system, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Real money first: When placing bets, your real money balance will be used first, followed by your bonus balance.

All games on Gametop are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• Technical Errors: If a server issue or technical fault occurs during gameplay, the bet for that round may be voided and the stake returned to your main account.
• Sports Betting: If a match is cancelled or suspended, all related bets will be voided. In certain cases, bets on the portion of the event already completed may still stand.
• Live Casino: In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and card/roulette outcomes are final. If a dealer error is acknowledged, the bet may be voided.
• Multiple Bet: Placing opposing bets on the same event (hedging) is prohibited. Any winnings from such activity will be voided if detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gametop. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Providing false information to claim a bonus or attempting to exploit the bonus system
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Using someone else's credit card, bKash, or bank account to make payments
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Threatening or harassing other players or Gametop staff

Gametop reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If any suspicious transactions or potential fraud are detected,
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion)
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)

An email or SMS notice is typically sent before an account is closed. However, in cases of fraud, the account may be closed immediately without prior notice. Any valid balance will be returned after closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
